2.5.3. Pure Melee

From Morganvale

This character rocks and with the high
melee D and health/stam regen can stand
in a large mob and not suffer for it. The big
weakness with her is that her healing tends to
be unreliable with the high health, and can't be
counted on for big heals at low health. But with
high strength, I can carry lots of healing elixirs.
I have a nearly complete set of lvl V/VI spell
creature armor for buffs, and she buffs her own
weapons/banes. Protections come from natural
resistances (at lvl IV in her 50's), but fighting
higher level content with lvl VI and VII debuffs
can be, well, challenging, so for those occasions
she gets lvl VII protects from a friend. Spear and
melee D/missile D skills are very high for her level,
as she doesn't have to spread her earned xp across
alot of skills. Fun solo, but very effective in a mixed group.

This is what I should have done with my Aesa
character if I''d started her today instead of 30
months ago Smile Since spear is so inexpensive it
has a lot of flexibility including specializing Life
and Melee Defense along with Spear. With sellback,
specializing of either can be postponed until the
character is older.
